About Me
Born in Bangkok, I am a London based personal trainer. My fitness journey began through martial arts from my teen years. Like any other teen I wanted to be rid of the puppy fat and look good. I began to add body building and weightlifting to the regime and realised that feeling (and being) strong was like no other. My health and fitness has allowed me to compete in various different competitions and push my body in ways I would never had imagined.
I continued my training during University, where I originally studied Technical Arts and Special Effects. It wasn’t long until I realised that what I first thought was a hobby, was to be my calling. Soon after graduation, I certified as a personal trainer to help others achieve their goals and change lives. Being healthy and fit has allowed me to achieve so many things I never thought I could.
Outside the gym, I am also a trained chef from Le Cordon Bleu in Nutrition, Gastronomy and Food Trends. My passion for health could not be complete without skills in the kitchen, of course.
Since then I have delved into weightlifting, boxing (in addition to Muay Thai), strength & conditioning, calisthenics and yoga. Through yoga, I teach clients how to implement yin and yang elements in their everyday lives and find balance.
Whatever the goal may be, I hope to guide those through it with longevity and lasting results.
